No, you do not have to use all your points at once

When you login into your account, under “My Account” it will tell you how many points and store credit you have. Upon initial sign up (25 Points) it will display $2.50, you can basically can get $2.50 off your first order. 

If you didn’t register for an account, no you did not earn points. However, if you earned points back dating to May, we will do our best to manually send you your points.
