Refund Policy

All qualified returned items must be returned within 10-14 days of your packages arrival date.

Jewelry and Makeup is non-returnable. All items are final sale except handbags (including mini-bags, clutches, wallets, and makeup bags). Item must be unworn, undamaged, and with all the original tags and packaging. Clearance items can not be returned. 

Returns will be issued within 7-10 business days upon the receipt (arrival) of your package. [Original shipping fee’s are non-returnable]

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. We do our best to make sure your package will arrive in 3-7 business days. However, if there are any delays we will notify you.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders arrive within 3-7 business days. If there are serve weather climates, it may take longer. 

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

If you provided the wrong shipping address and we have not shipped your item yet, please contact us as soon as possible or try changing your address on your account page. However if your item has already been shipped we can not re-direct of order. Please use the tracking number provided to contact the courier service to re-direct your package to the correct address. 

How much is Shipping & Handling?

We have a flat rate shipping of $3.99. You will get free shipping if you spend $39 or more.

The item I want is sold out. Do you restock items?

We rarely restock our handbag and jewelry collection. However, in some cases if the item is in high demand we will restock. We do restock our liquid lipsticks, if you would like to receive notifications on restocks sign up for our newsletter.

How can I track my package?

You can find your tracking number in your email notifying you, that your package is on it’s way. Or you can use account page to find your tracking number. If you already know your tracking number and order number you can use our tracking tool. If you are still having trouble finding your tracking number, contact us.

We email a receipt with every order. Please check your promotions or spam folder.

Please check to see if it is in your ‘promotions’ or spam folder. 

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been submitted and processed you can not cancel your order via your Account settings. Please contact us within 24 hrs on our Contact Us Page and request a refund.
